YM Canteen - URGENT URGENT URGENT!

URGENT!!

YM Canteen
4th and 5th April (this coming weekend)

Sorry that this seems so last minute but please do contribute as much as you can in the following two ways.

1. Food
On Saturday we'll be selling munchies like muffins and brownies. You'll be funded - just spend the least you can to make the most amount of food.
On Sunday we'll be selling staples, munchies and finger food. Pasta, bee hoon, chicken wings, etc. It's the same, you'll be funded.
If you can help to provide some of the food, please please please let Kim know what you can contribute by Wednesday, 1 April.

2. Duty Roster

Time slots are
1. Saturday after 6.15pm mass
2. Sunday 7am to 9am
3. Sunday 9am to 11am
4. Sunday 11am to 1pm (preferably assist in cleanup after that)

For those who've already told us which time slot you want, thanks. For those who haven't told us which shift you want, please let Kim know by Thursday 2 April!

We are out of time so we really need your cooperation by letting Kim know on time. If you're not clear about anything please sms or call Kim anytime and she will give you more details. Her number's in the email sent out to you.

This is a good project for the whole of IHM Youth Ministry to get together and have some fellowship by serving the community. Do try your total bestest to make it down - there'll definitely be something to do. The past few years' canteen were fantastic experiences.
